摘要
目的探讨玉屏风散增加利巴韦林抗病毒效应在手足口病的应用及相关机制。方法随机选取我院确诊为手足口病的患儿110例,随机分两组,治疗组60例给予利巴韦林注射液10mg.Kg-1.d-1静滴,共滴注7d,并连续4周口服玉屏风散,对照组50例给予利巴韦林滴注及安慰剂口服。结果治疗组临床总有效率达93.33%(56/60),显著高于对照组(41/50,82.00%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组的退烧时间和皮疹消退时间分别为(2.24±0.24)d和(4.12±0.84)d,均明显短于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组血清IgM和CD4+明显升高,CD4+/CD8+比值升高,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散可显著增加利巴韦林抗病毒效应,其可能机制是调节患儿免疫功能,两药联合临床疗效好,起效快。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Yupinfeng increasing the antiviral effect ofribavirin and its application in hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 110 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the treatment group were given intravenous injection of ribavirin for 7 d, 10 mg·kg-1 ·d-1, and Yupinfeng for 4 weeks. 50 cases in the control group were given ribavirin and placebo only. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group (93.33%, 56/60) were significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). The time for the body temperature recovery (2.24 ± 0.24) d and the rash subside time (4.12 ± 0.84) d of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group (P 〈0.05). The levels of IgM and CD4+ were higher than control group. And the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was much higher (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Yupinfeng can increase the antiviral effect of ribavirin in hand, foot and mouth disease possibly through regulating immune. It has better effect and shorter time.
