摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线疗法对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的的影响及其临床疗效。方法:将72例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组采用穴位埋线治疗3个月,对照组口服匹多莫德口服液3个月。治疗前及治疗结束后3个月、6个月、12个月静脉采血,观察血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG及T淋巴细胞亚群CD_4、CD_8水平变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为86.11%,对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组均能提升患儿血清IgA、IgG及淋巴细胞亚群CD_4水平,降低淋巴细胞亚群CD_8水平,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);且随着时间增加,作用增强。结论:穴位埋线疗法能显著升高反复呼吸道感染患儿血清IgA、IgG及淋巴细胞亚群CD_4水平,降低淋巴细胞亚群CD_8水平,提高反复呼吸道感染患儿临床疗效。
Objective ： To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and its clinical curative effect. Methods：Seventy-two children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding for 3 months, and the control group was treated with Pidotimod oral solution for 3 months. The levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, T lymphocyte subsets CD4 and CDs were measured before and 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment. The clinical effi- cacy was compared between the two groups. Results ： The effective rate of the observation group was 86.11% and that of the control group was 75.00%, with significant difference between the two （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of serum IgA, IgG and lymphocyte subsets CD4 of the observation group and the control group all significantly increased and there were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. The levels of CDs in the lymphocyte subsets of both groups decreased and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can significantly increase the level of serum IgA, IgG and lymphocyte subsets CD4 and decrease the level of CDs in lymphocyte subsets in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection as well as improving the clinical curative effect.
