摘要
在企业集群理论的基础上,将小世界网络的思想引入企业集群知识管理系统中,运用小世界网络的构成方式,以企业集群员工为企业集群的网络节点,建立了基于复杂网络理论的知识传播模型,描述了知识在企业集群中的传播机理,探讨了知识在企业集群网络中的传播规律,分析了在加快企业集群网络知识传播中员工的主体作用。
On the basis of the enterprise cluster theory, this paper introduces small-world networks into enterprise cluster knowledge management system, uses the composition of the small-world networks with enterprise clusters employees of the enterprise network as the node, and builds knowledge dissemination model based on complex network theory, to describe the cluster knowledge dissemination model, investigate the dissemination rules, and analyze the main role effect which speeds up the dissemination.
