摘要
平等是人之所以为人的都具有的那些共同点所决定的,是人类平等的理性诉求。在传统的以教师主体观为特征的占有式教育观影响下,高校师生关系受到扭曲:高校师生关系实质上并不平等。在发生学层面上理解,教师和学生都是在知识与素质提升过程中对应产生,且在发生发展过程中相互转化。在价值层面上理解,高校师生关系新定位应遵循和坚持"以人为本"的基本原则。
Equality is determined by the common ground shared by human beings, and the rational appeal for e- quality of human beings has never ceased to be felt. With the influence of the traditional possessive education fea- tured by teacher-centered view, the relationship between university teachers and students is distorted-university teachers and students are in effect unequal. From the cause-and-effect point of view, teachers and students come into being in the process of knowledge and quality improvement, and they transform from one to the other. In terms of the value aspect, the reorientation of the relationship between university teachers and students should be based on the people-oriented principle.
