摘要
我国从1952年建立普通高等学校统一招生考试制度至今已有50多年的历史,对高考制度的改革从未停歇过。借助哈贝马斯的沟通理论,对江苏2008年高考政策改革的分析表明,高考政策的改革必须在改革者、教师和学生之间达成共识,方能取得改革的成功;如果改革的相关利益方不能充分沟通,改革者囿于工具理性的樊篱,改革就无法跳出狭隘的圈子,难以取得预期的效果。
China established a unified entrance examination system of colleges and universities in 1952 has been more than 50 years history, and the reform of college entrance examination system had never cease. With Habermas's communication theory, the article analyzed the policy reform of college entrance examination in 2008 in Jiangsu, which showed that the success of the college entrance policy reform must reach a consensus between the reformers, teachers and students; if the correlation bodies in the reform can not fully communicate, the reformers confines the cage of the instrumental rationality, the reform will not be able to jump out of a narrow circle, and it is difficult to achieve the desired results.
