摘要
我国高校试办高水平运动队20多年的历程中,取得成绩的同时,亦存在许多亟待解决的问题。用新制度主义分析的理论基础,探讨中国高校高水平运动队从理念向制度的转型过程,及其成为神话与仪式的正式结构,拥有合法性组织身份的制度安排。得出结论:观念层面:文化共识不足;制度层面:路径依赖严重。并提出相应建议:加强高校竞体内涵共识的文化建设;完善组织结构环境整合的制度建设。以期为中国高校高水平运动队的改革与发展提供新的思路。
Highlevel sports teams in China＇ s colleges have more than 20 years history. Although some achieve ments have been achieved, there still exists some problems need to be solved. Based on the theory of new institu tionalism, this thesis explores the transition of highlevel sports teams in China ＇ s colleges from concept to system, the mythical and ceremonial formal structure, and the institutional arrangement of their legitimate identification. It concluded that in the concept perspective, there lacks cultural consensus; in the system perspective, there is seri ous reliance on the fixed path of development. It is therefore suggested that cultural consensus be constructed in college competitive sports, and organization structure be perfected so as to provide a new approach to the reform and development of highlevel sports teams in China＇ s colleges.
