摘要
学院是大学组织结构中最为根本的组成部分。创建研究型学院,是建设研究型大学的前提和基础。不断提升知识生产力,是创建研究型学院的核心任务。为加快建设研究型学院步伐,该类学院应增强知识创新的紧迫感,着力从以下几方面提升知识生产力:树立知识创新的理念,坚持人才强院战略,打造创新团队,推进产学研协同创新,培育创新文化。
The construction of research-oriented colleges, an essential element in the constitution of a university, is the premise and basis for the construction of a research-oriented university. The core for research-oriented college construction is to promote the knowledge productivity. To accelerate the achievement of research-oriented college, the college concerned should develop a sense of pressure for knowledge innovation and enhance knowledge productivity through implanting new conception of knowledge innovation, insisting the strategy of teacher-training and brain import, building the innovation teams, deepening the cooperation of research, education and industry, and finally developing the innovation culture.
