摘要
本文在概述甘肃省东乡县"3.2"滑坡危害现状、成因及应急治理方案基础上,结合自然地质环境条件分析,紧扣针对县城特大地质灾害实施开发性综合治理基本思想,遵循总的地表、地下排水设计原则:收集大气降水及其他一切地表排水,尽可能减少或防止地表水渗入填方体;疏通填方区已有地下水径流通道,防止引起填筑土体物理、力学性状发生质的变化。就综合治理工程中的主体工程—压脚填方工程中的地表、地下排水设计思路进行了详细论述,其中,通过目前初步的施工工程效果来看,填方体最底部的地下排水系统运行良好。
The article summarizes the present harmfulness, cause of formation and emergency measures for "3.2" landslide in Dongxiang County,Gansu Province, and then based on the natural geo-environmental conditions, within the basic thought for especially big geo-hazard harnessing comprehensively in development point, follows the general principle of surface and underground drainage works' design , which collects atmospheric precipitation and all other surface water as possible as to reduce or prevent them from seeping into the ground where they filled, which dredges the original groundwater runoff lines where they filled in order to prevent the filled soil from changing physical and mechanical characteristics. Finally the article fully analyzes the surface and underground drainage works' design, which is the part of the geo-hazard harnessing engineering comprehensively. Now we found that the drainage works at the bottom in fill area runs very well in present situation which all engineering hasn't been completed.
