摘要
:用D_半乳糖 (D_gal)建立衰老动物模型且海马内微注射 βAP ,检测各组大鼠开场行为、Y_迷宫分辨学习和一次性被动回避反应的变化的方法 ,研究 β_淀粉样蛋白 (βAP)对衰老大鼠开场行为及学习记忆能力的影响 .结果是D_gal+NS组、D_gal+βAP组大鼠在新异环境中自发活动和探究行为减少 ,学习记忆减退 ,与NS +NS组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) .该文得出的结论是 βAP与D_gal联合使用可导致脑老化程度加重 ,学习记忆能力显著减弱 .
Objective To study effect of β_amyloid protein(βAP) on open field and learning memory in the aging model of rats. Methods Based upon the model of aging rats induced by D_galactose, and hippocampal microinfusion ofβAP. The behaviors of rats were measured by using open field, Y_maze and one-trial passive avoidance response. Results In the D_gal+NS and D_gal+βAP rats, the spontaneous activities and responses to novel environment in the open field were significantly decreased, and the abilities of learning-memory were remarkably attenuated, ( P< 0.05 or P <0.01 compared with NS+NS group). Conclusion The degree of brain_aging was increased and the ability of learning_memory was reduced conspicuously by dosing the combination of D_gal and βAP.
