摘要
本科生儿科护理在毕业之前,需要进行实习,其中儿科临床带教属于一项重点。因为儿科患者年纪较小,因此在进行护理时,需要格外注意。本研究通过观察2008～2012年在笔者所在医院儿科实习的65例本科生护理的实习表现,总结临床带教的问题分析,首先需要对实习生进行素质培养,同时端正其工作态度,采取有效措施培养学习兴趣。然后,需要从患儿的心理特点出发,注重对护理内容进行强化学习,培养学生掌握细心观察的方法。最后,需要进行职业道德教育,树立良好的形象,促进护理人员与患儿之间的有效沟通。
Before graduation,undergraduate nurses need pediatric nursing practice,of which pediatric clincial teaching is an emphasis.Because the pediatric patients are young,extra attention needs to be paid while nursing.Through observing the performance of 65 undergraduate nurses practicing in the pediatric department of our hospital from 2008 to 2012,the clinical teaching problems were summarized.First,quality training and attitude correction should be conducted among the interns and meanwhile effective measures should be taken to stimulate their learning interest.Then,based on the psychological characteristics of children,nursing contents should be studied intensively and careful observation methods should be taught and mastered.Last,professional ethics education should be conducted,good image should be established,and effective communication between nursing staffs and children should be promoted.
