摘要
目的探究分析绝经后阴道不规则出血临床护理体会。方法选择2010年4月~2011年4月期间收治的82例绝经后阴道不规则出血患者,临床诊断依照患者的病理检查结果和细胞学检查报告为主,并根据诊断结果给予相应的护理措施。结果根据临床诊断分为生殖道炎症、内分泌、恶性肿瘤三类情况,其中良性病变65例,占79.27%;恶性肿瘤17例,占20.73%。结论通过病理学检查和细胞学检查查找出血原因和出血部位,并给予相应的护理措施,有利于患者进一步康复。
Objective To explore the analysis of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding of clinical nursing experience. Methods From April 2010 to April 2011, 82 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients, clinical diagnosis in patients with pathological findings and cytology reports, and according to the diagnosis result to give the corresponding nursing measures. Results According to the clinical diagnosis for genital tract inflammation, endocrine, malignant tumor in three cases, including 65 benign cases, accounting for 79.27%; 17 cases were malignant tumors, accounting for 20.73%. Conclusion The histopathology and cytology finding the causes and the bleeding site, and give the corresponding nursing measures, to help patients make further rehabilitation.
