摘要
由喷油泵、高压油管和喷油器组成的喷油系统是柴油机的“心脏”部件 ,燃油喷射的工作质量与气缸内混合气的形成及其燃烧过程有着极为密切的联系 ,它直接影响着柴油机的技术经济指标 传统的喷油系统存在着高低速性能不能兼顾的矛盾 ,采用可变预行程机构可解决这一问题 通过运用新开发的喷油过程模拟计算软件对德国Elsbett公司生产的采用可变预行程机构的 3 82Tc柴油机进行了分析研究 计算结果表明 ,可变预行程能较好地解决柴油机高低速性能匹配的问题 。
The fuel injection system made up of a fuel injection pump,a high pressure fuel tube and a fuel injector is a very important part of the diesel.The operating quality of fuel injection has a lot to do with the formation of gas mixture in the cylinder and its combustion process .It has a direct effect on the economical and technical performances of the diesel. There exists the contradiction that high speed and low speed can't be attended to simultaneously in the traditional fuel injection system. The problem can be solved by adopting the various pre stroke mechanism.Various pre stroke mechanism made by Elsbett company in Germany is analyzed and studied using the simulating calculation software of the newly developed fuel injection process in 382Tc diesel. Calculating results show that various pre stroke can well solve the matching problem of high and low speeds in diesels. It can optimize comprehensive performance of the diesel.
