摘要
柴油机燃油喷射系统是决定柴油机性能好坏的关键因素,在柴油机开发过程中通过专用的模拟计算软件对燃油系统进行计算分析,可以大大加快开发过程,减少开发费用。论述了在一台大功率机车柴油机的燃油系统开发过程中,利用AVL的HYDSIM软件对燃油系统进行模拟计算,并通过试验验证了其正确性。
The fuel injection system is a key factor to engine performance. Using a special purpose simulation software to calculate and analyze the fuel system in the development of diesel engines can largely accelerate the development process, and cut down the cost. Simulation calculation have been carried out with HYDSIM software from AVL in the development process of the fuel system on a high power diesel engine, the calculation accuracy is verified.
