摘要
提出了一种研究气敏元件和材料反应温变的方法和实验装置 ;给出了反应温变Δtrea随气体浓度 C变化的规律 ;给出了反应放热率 Prea与反应温变Δtrea的关系式 .讨论了表面反应速率方程 。
WT5BZ] One method and the associated experimental device to study the temperature change Δ t rea in some gas sensor or material during sensing reaction are proposed. The formula of Δ t rea versus gas concentration and the relational expression of reaction exothermic rate P rea versus Δ t rea are given. The rate equation of surface reaction r and the surface reaction probability are discussed.
