摘要
目的了解流动儿童自我意识及影响因素,改善流动儿童心理健康状况。方法利用"南京市青少年学习生活情况调查"数据,筛选出其中的流动儿童为研究对象,对其自我意识评价情况进行描述性统计分析、列联分析与χ2检验。结果流动儿童自我意识评价总分均值为55.6分,自我意识评价偏低、正常和偏高的比例分别为15.9%、39.1%和45.0%;流动儿童在躯体外貌与属性、智力与学校情况、焦虑3个分量表的平均得分相对较低,且个体之间差异较大;是否独生子女、所在年级、学习成绩、父母文化程度、父母与孩子交流情况、班主任老师的关心程度对研究对象自我意识评价有显著影响。结论流动儿童的心理健康状况不容忽视,家庭、学校和社会需共同努力,加强沟通交流,营造良好氛围,促进流动儿童心理健康。
Objective To study the self-consciousness and its influencing factors of migrant children, and improve their men- tal health. Methods By using the data from "The survey on the status of study and living of adolescents in Nanjing", selecting migrant children as the research objects, processing descriptive statistics, contingency table analysis and X2 test. Results The migrant children gained the mean of the total self-consciousness score 55.6. The percentage of migrant children who evaluated self- consciousness normally was 39. 1%, while the percentages of those who under-evaluated or over-evaluated were 15.9% and 45.0% , respectively;The average scores of migrant children in the following three scales, body appearance and belongingness, in- telligence and school, anxiety were quite low, and differed a lot from each other;The influencing factors such as whether to be the only child, grade, score, parents' education level and communication frequency with the child, and the teachers' care for the child affected the self-consciousness evaluation of the migrant children significantly. Conclusion The mental health status of migrant children could not be ignored. Family, school and society should work together to enhance communication and provide better environment in order to promote mental health of migrant children.
