摘要
目的观察五倍子水煎剂对于减轻鼻咽癌放射治疗所导致的口腔黏膜反应的治疗效果。方法将70例接受鼻咽癌放疗的患者随机分成2组,对照组和治疗组各35例,观察组用五倍子水煎剂每日口腔含漱7次,时间点分别为3餐的餐前、餐后和睡前,对照组采用生理盐水混合剂于3餐的餐前、餐后和睡前7个时间进行口腔含漱。如果两组有疼痛严重的患者,需进行抗炎治疗。观察比较两组患者在放疗第4周末、第8周末的口腔黏膜损伤程度和疼痛程度。结果两组患者在放疗后的第4周末和第8周末检查口腔黏膜损伤程度和疼痛程度,发现两组患者存在显著性差异,P<0.05。治疗组患者的口腔黏膜损伤程度和疼痛程度都远低于对照组。结论使用五倍子水煎剂治疗鼻咽癌放疗所致的口腔黏膜损伤,可以减少损伤程度和疼痛程度。
Objective To discuss the technique and outcomes of the treatment with the gallnut decoction for Nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis.Methods Analyzing the clinical data of 70 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.All patients were divided into two groups,control group and experimental group.The experimental group using gallnut Decoction daily oral rinse seven times,time points were 3 meal before dinner,after meal and before going to bed.The control group with normal saline mixture gargle,processing method for the same.Results Two groups of patients after radiotherapy in fourth weekends and low 8 weekend inspection of the oral mucosa injury severity and degree of pain,and found that the two groups of patients with significant difference.P0.05 Group therapy for patients with oral mucosa injury severity and pain level is far from that of the control group.Conclusion The use of gallnut Decoction in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy induced oral mucosal injury,can reduce the degree of injury and the degree of pain
