摘要
目的探索危重手足口病患儿的护理措施。方法对160例危重症手足口病患儿进行系统治疗的同时,做好一般护理及并发症护理工作,观察护理效果。结果经过精心治疗与护理,治愈156例(97.5%),因病毒性脑干脑炎致呼吸循环衰竭死亡2例(1.3%),放弃治疗2例(1.3%),有8例(5%)患儿出院时有不同程度肌无力,1个月后随访基本恢复,全部病例病程平均(8.1±3.05)d。结论对于重症手足口病患儿我们护理人员在配合医师做好治疗抢救工作的同时,要严密观察并做好皮肤、口腔、饮食、体温等一般护理及神经、循环、呼吸、消化等系统的重点护理工作,良好的护理工作是完成危重手足口病救治的重要保证。
Objective To explore the care of critically ill child patients with HFMD.Methods When system for the treatment of 160 cases of hand,foot and mouth critically ill patients children do general nursing and care of complications,in the end observe the nursing effect.Results From carefully treatment and care,cured 156 patients（97.5%）,and the illness toxicity brainstem encephalitis caused by respiratory and circulatory failure death in 2 cases（1.3%）,giving up treatment in 2 cases（1.3%）,8 patients（5%） with varying degrees of muscle weakness in children discharged follow-up,after a month they restoration basicly,the mean course of disease was（8.1 ± 3.05） days.Conclusion Our nurses act in concert with doctor for the rescuing of severe hand-foot-mouth disease children,at the same time we should closely observe and do general care of the skin,mouth,diet,body temperature and nervous,circulatory,respiratory,digestive and other systems focus on nursing work.Care work is the completion of an important guarantee for critical HFMD treatment.
