摘要
水利普查通过规范化的数据收集,确保对象不重不漏、指标切合实际,为水利信息化积累重要数据资源。研究表明水利普查成果与防洪工程数据库在工程对象和指标数据项2方面具有一定对应性,结合以指标分析、数据准备、名录对比分析和数据整编入库为主要工作内容的技术路线,可实现两者的数据对接,提高防洪工程数据的完整性、准确性和时效性。
National census for water is a survey by the standardized data collection, ensuring no repeat or leak of objects, index practical, so as to accumulate important data resource for informatization of water conservancy. Studies show that national census for water achievements and flood control project database in two ways which are engineering objects and index data have a certain correspondence. Combining with the technical route which is with index analysis, data preparation, directory comparison analysis and data reorganization storage as the main work content, it can realize two data connecting, and can enhance flood control project data integrity, accuracy and timeliness.
