摘要
目的:探讨在不同时间点针刺左侧偏历穴对健康青年双侧颈内动脉(ICA)血流动力学的影响,为临床运用该穴提供单穴处方。方法:随机选取健康青年志愿者男女各8例,用毫针直刺左侧偏历穴0.3～0.5寸,采用经颅多谱勒超声仪,探头在颞窗分别探及双侧颈内动脉(ICA),观测针刺前、进针时、运针时、出针时、出针后的血流动力学变化,进针、运针、出针时各施以平补平泻手法15 s,记录TCD各参数。结果:针刺偏历穴,进针15 min后左侧ICA的Vs及出针时的Vs与针刺前5 min比较显著下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他数据均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺偏历穴能降低左侧ICA进针15 min后收缩期最大血流速度与出针时的收缩期最大血流速度,提示针刺该穴有负性效应。
Objective：Discuss the effect of needling left LI6 on ICA blood flow among healthy young adults,to provide clinical evidence for the use of this single acupoint.Methods： Young healthy volunteers were randomly selected,eight women and eight men.The acupuncture point LI6 on the left was needled and a transcranial doppler ultrasound device was used to probe the internal carotid artery（ICA） in temporal areas bilaterally.Hemodynamic changes were observed five min before acupuncture,during needle insertion,during needle stimulation,during needles withdrawal,and after needle removal.The needling method used was even tonifying and reducing method for 15 seconds.The TCD parameters were recorded.Results： Fifteen minutes after needle insertion in LI6,and during needle withdrawal,the left side ICA Vs values were significantly lower（P0.05）.Other data was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture on LI6 can reduce the left ICA Vs,most prominently seen after 15 min of needle insertion and during needle withdrawals,which suggests the acupuncture point has a side effect.
