摘要
目的:探讨针灸联合养血清脑颗粒用于颈性眩晕治疗的疗效。方法:选取我院治疗的颈性眩晕患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予尼莫地平进行治疗,观察组给予针灸联合养血清脑颗粒进行治疗,比较疗效,病例选择标准根据国家中医药管理局《中医病证诊断疗效标准》制定。结果:观察组总有效率为97.67%,对照组总有效率为81.40%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合养血清脑颗粒用于颈性眩晕的治疗,可明显提高治疗疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupuncture joint Yangxueqingnan Granules on treating cervical vertigo.Methods： In ours hospital,86 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group was given nimodipine treatment,observation group was given acupuncture treatment joint Yangxue Qingnao particles,compared the efficacy of the two group,case selection criteria according to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine ＂TCM Syndrome diagnostic efficacy standards＂ developed.Results： The total effective rate was 97.67% in the observation group,while the total effective rate was 81.40% in the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture plus Yangxueqingnao particles used for the treatment of cervical vertigo,can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment,is worthy of promotion.
