摘要
目的:建立复方苦黄喷雾剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中黄柏、大黄、冰片等进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。结论该方法简便可行,可用于复方苦黄喷雾剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish TLC identication methods for compound kuhuang spray. Method： TLC was used to i- dentify Cortex phellodendri Radix, Angelica dahurica and Borneol in the formula. Results： TLC spot develops were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion： This method was proved to be simple and feasible, and suitable for content determination of compound kuhuang spray.
