摘要
目的:建立珍视明滴眼液中天然冰片的含量的测定方法.方法:以萘为内标,采用内标法测定;选择0V-17填充柱、FID检测器、程序升温气相色谱法测定珍视明滴眼液中天然冰片的含量.结果:冰片在0.109～1.090μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),方法回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.91%);本品中冰片含量为0.047～0.049%.结论:方法简便,快速,准确,可用于该药品中天然冰片的定量测定.
Objective:To establish a GC method for determining the contents of borneol in Zhenshiming Eye Drops.Method:Applying internal standard method with Naphthalene as internal standard substance.Using GC method for quantitative analysis of borneol with OV-17 column,FID detector,adopting a heating program.Result:The components exhibit an excellent separability and the borneol have an good linearity in the rang of 0.109～1.090μg;with a mean recovery of borneol as high as 99.6%(RSD=1.91%).Conclusion:The results show that this method is handy,steady,rapid,precise,practical and could be used for determining the borneol in Zhenshiming Eye Drops.
