摘要
大学校园工会组织如何发挥在校园文化建设中的作用?如何根据大学校园的特点适时开展教工学﹙教师、职工、学生﹚的群众性文化体育活动?如何帮助教工学解决生活困难发挥作用?这是关系到大学工会组织的作用、地位及前途的大事,也是关系到教职员工和学生们的切身利益的大事。本文作者将以自己多年的工会工作体会就此课题谈一下个人观点,以探讨进一步做好高校工会工作的新途径。
This paper discusses the role of labor union in campus culture construction,how labor union implement cultural and physical activities,and how labor union settle the difficulties of teaching staff in life.All the above issues relates to the interest of teaching staff and all students.The writer explores new approaches of labor union work based on personal experience.
