摘要
以氯乙酸和对硝基苄醇为原料,超声辅助固定化脂肪酶催化合成氯乙酸对硝基苄酯,并对超声酶促合成条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:20 Hz的超声声强为0.5 W·cm-2,温度为35℃,固定化酶的浓度为2 g·L-1时,反应6 h,对硝基苄醇的转化率最高可达89.7%。
Ultrasound was employed to improve the synthesis of 4 - nitrobenzyl 2 - chloroacetate catalyzed by lipase. The optimum conditions of enzymatic synthesis were investigated. The conversion rate of 4 - nitrobenzyl alcohol reached 89.7% when the sound frequency was 20 kHz with intensity of 0.5 W · cm^-2, the concentration of Novozym 435 was 2 g· L^-1, and at 35 ℃ in 6 h.
