摘要
研究了超声波协同酶法提取银杏黄酮的最佳工艺条件,以总黄酮得率为考察指标,研究了加酶量、pH值、液固比、超声波功率、酶解时间和温度等因素对银杏黄酮得率的影响,并在单因素的基础上通过正交试验对提取工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为加酶量1 mg/g,pH值4.5,液固比10∶1(mL/g),超声功率240 W,时间80 min和温度45℃,此时总黄酮的得率为2.78%。
In order to obtain the optimal condition of total flavonoids extraction from Ginkgo biloba by ultrasonic and enzyme method,yield of total flavonoids was index for investigation. The effects of single factors, such as enzyme dosage, pH value, the ratio of liquid to solid, ultrasonic power, time and temperature on yield of total flavonoids, were investigated by ultrasonic and enzyme method. In addition, the preferable conditions for extracting total flavonoids were obtained by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the optimal conditions for extracting total flavonoids include that enzyme dosage is lmg/g, pH is 4.5, the ratio of liquid to solid is 10:1 (mL/g), ultrasonic power is 240W, time is 80 min and temperature is 45 ℃, under the conditions, the yield of total flavonoids reached to 2.78%.
