摘要
以人为本是从人的本性出发,以人为中心,以发展人的积极性为目的,强调人的主动性和创造性,重视人的主体地位和作用。构建以人为本的高校是教育改革的需要,也是时代发展的必然要求,特别是艺术类高校在做好学生管理工作的时候,更应从"人"的角度出发,展现管理模式的多样性。
＂People-orie ntation＂,from human nature,aims to develop people＇s enthusiasm,and emphasizes the person＇s initiative and creativity,that is,paying attention to the subject position and role of the people.To construct human-oriented universities is the need of education reform,and is also the inevitable demand of the times,especially in arts colleges,the diversity of management mode should be shown from ＂person＂ point of view in student management.
