摘要
针对高校学生工作的新情况、新问题,提出以柔性管理的理念充实管理内容,运用柔性方式 将教育内化为学生的自我要求,提升管理内涵,实现学生思想工作的个性管理目标。
Confronted with the new situations and problems in the management of university students, this paper puts forward a flexible way of management to promote the students＇ self-demand for education, enhance the connotation of management and realize the goal of personality management in the students＇ ideolog ical work.
