摘要
目的 :观察 7-氯苄基四氢巴马汀 ( 7-chlor-BTHP)对豚鼠心房的作用 ,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法 :利用豚鼠离体心房标本 ,观察 7 chlor BTHP对豚鼠离体左心房生理特性以及右心房心率的影响。结果 :7 chlor BTHP能明显延长左心房的功能性不应期 ,显著抑制肾上腺素诱发的自律性 ,还能明显增强豚鼠离体左心房的收缩力 ,±dT/dtmax也同时增加 ,且能降低右心房的心率。结论 :7 chlor BTHP的抗心律失常效果与其延长功能性不应期、降低自律性以及减慢心率等作用有关。
Objective To study the influence of 7 chlor benzyltetrahydropalmatine (7 chlor BTHP) on isolated atrium and research its antiarrhythmic mechanism.Methods Adopt the isolated guinea pig atrial sample,observe the influence of 7 chlor BTHP on some physiological properties of isolated left atrium and the beat rate of isolated right atrium.Result The data showed that 30μmol·L 1 7 chlor BTHP increased contractility and ±dT/dtmax,markedly prolonged the functional refractory period (FRP) of guinea pig left atrium,inhibited adrenaline induced automaticity and decreased the beat rate of the isolated right atrium.Conclusion Antiarrhythmic action of 7 chlor BTHP is related to prolonging refractory period,decreasing automaticity and slowing up the beat rate.
