摘要
文章介绍了西门子公司生产的S7-200型PLC实现对三维机械手的控制,机械手横轴的左右移动和竖轴的升降是通过对步进电机的驱动实现的,运用S7-200系列CPU226型PLC,输出PTO脉冲信号控制森创SH-20403步进电机驱动器驱动四通57BYG250C步进电机运动,从而完成了机械手从抓取物体到指定地点放下的一个完整搬运过程,实现机械手搬运物料的快速移动与准确定位。
This article describes the three-dimensional robot control by S7--200 PLC of Siemens com- pany, the robot moving around the vertical axis and horizontal axis is drived by stepper motor, the use of S7--200 PLC output PTO pulse signal to control Sen Chong SH20403 stepper motor drive, drive the stepper motor Stone 57BYG250C movement to complete a full course of the removal of the robot grab an object to the specified location, robotic handling materials quickly moving and accurate posi- tioning. The practice shows that the system is simple cost--effective, easy to implement, reliable and stable work etc.
