摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定洛伐他汀胶囊的含量,并将测定结果与高效液相色谱法的测定结果进行比较。结果表明,紫外分光光度法简便、准确、快捷、经济,更适用于该产品的质量分析。
Ultraviolet spectrometry and HPLC were used to determine the content of Lovastatin capsule.In the meantime,we compared the results by the two means.The results show that Ultraviolet spectrometry is simple rapid reliable and economic.It is more sutable for testing quality of the product.
