摘要
基于结构方程的建模方法,本文对江苏科技大学809名专业学位硕士研究生进行了实证研究,考查研究生满意度指数,并从学校微观角度提出提高满意度的对策。
Based on structural equation model,this article makes an empirical research among 809 postgraduates with major degree of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,investigating the satisfaction index of postgraduates.And countermeasures are proposed to improve the satisfaction from the university.
