摘要
高校德育动力系统是一个由多层次、多维度、多方面因素构成的有机结构体系。从系统动力学角度看,高校德育动力系统结构可分为宏观、中观以及微观三维结构,包括教学、科研、管理以及教师等多层子系统,具有整体性、开放性、稳定性和转换性等特征。在高校德育动力系统中,三维动力相互作用,多层子系统彼此促进,共同构成高校德育发展动力的合力系统。
The dynamic system of college moral education is a system of organic structure comprising mul- tiple levels, dimensions and aspects of components. From the angle of system dynamics, the dynamic system of college moral education consists of a three-dimensional structure which, involving teaching, research, man- agement, staff and many other subsystems, is characterized by integrity, openness, stability and mutual con- vertibility. In such a dynamic system, the interactions among the three dimensions of dynamic forces and the various subsystems constitute the joint booster for college moral education.
