过氧乙酸与乙醇消毒体温计的效果比较 被引量:1

Effects of peracetic acid thermometer and ethanol disinfection thermometer:a comparative study

摘要 目的比较过氧乙酸与乙醇消毒体温计的效果,以避免医院感染的发生。方法将发热门诊60例患者体温测量后的60支体温计随机分为对照组、过氧乙酸组、乙醇组各20支,分别用无菌稀释液、0.2%过氧乙酸溶液、75%乙醇浸泡30min;3组体温计于浸泡消毒前、后取样放入无菌试管内,涂平板,然后进行细菌培养计数。结果使用后的体温计在消毒前均有微生物污染,通过鉴定均为革兰阳性菌,总共检出微生物菌落1399CFU/ml,其中枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞626CFU/ml,占44.75%,葡萄球菌属、链球菌属分别占29.88%、25.37%;消毒后过氧乙酸组、乙醇组的杀灭率为100.00%、98.53%,消毒前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组消毒前后差异无统计学意义。结论采用0.2%过氧乙酸消毒体温计效果优于75%乙醇,能有效减少医院感染的发生。 OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of peracetic acid thermometer and ethanol disinfection thermometer.METHODS A total of 60 thermometers were randomly divided into the control group,the peracetic acid group and the ethanol group after they were used for the measurement of body temperature of 60 patients in the fever clinic,with 20 in each group.The three groups were respectively treated with being soaked for 30min in the sterile diluent,0.2% peracetic acid solution,75% ethanol.The thermometers of the three groups were placed in the sterilized test tubes before and after soaking and sampling,then smearing on the flat,and the bacterial colony counts were recorded.RESULTS All the used thermometers were contaminated by microorganisms which were all identified as gram-positive bacteria,totally 1399 CFU/ml of bacterial colonies were detected,including 626 CFU/ml of black variant spores of Bacillus subtilis(44.7%),Staphylococci(29.88%),and Streptococci(25.37%).The kill rates of the peracetic acid group and the ethanol group after the disinfection were 100.00% and 98.53%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the control group.CONCLUSION The 0.2% peracetic acid is superior to 75% ethanol in the disinfection of the thermometers,which can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
