摘要
[目的]通过力学拉伸实验探讨过氧乙酸-乙醇联合辐照灭菌对同种肌腱抗张强度的影响。[方法]取健康成年男性手指屈肌腱80根,实验组分别行过氧乙酸-乙醇处理、15 kGyγ射线辐照、过氧乙酸-乙醇联合辐照,以新鲜深冻肌腱为对照进行力学破坏拉伸实验,比较实验组与对照组肌腱抗张强度差别。[结果]过氧乙酸-乙醇法、15 kGy辐照、过氧乙酸-乙醇联合辐照灭菌实验组和对照组抗张强度差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]过氧乙酸-乙醇联合辐照灭菌对同种肌腱抗张强度没有影响。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of sterilization of peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation on tensile strength of tendon allograft.[Method]Flexor tendons from healthy male adult were procured.Flexor tendon of each pair was randomly allocated to experiment group,while the opposite one was allocated to control group.In experiment group,flexor tendons were processed respectively with peracetic acid-ethanol sterilization,15 kGy gamma radiation and peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation sterilization.Mechanical failure test was performed and tensile strength of experiment groups and control groups were compared.[Result]There was no statistical difference between experiment groups and control groups(P0.05).[Conclusion]No negative effect was observed on tensile strength of tendon allograft sterilized by peracetic acid-ethanol combined radiation.
