Adaptation and Its Influenting Factors of Major-changed Undergraduates

摘要 目的:探索转系生的主观因素(归因方式、动机)和客观因素(转系决策支持度、专业跨度)对转系适应(专业适应、班级归属)的影响。方法:应用专业适应性、班级归属感量表对北京师范大学19个院系专业的102名转系生进行测查。结果:①转系生在专业适应性和班级归属感上整体情况良好;②归因方式为内归因的转系生在专业适应性和班级归属感上显著好于外归因的,且转系得到他人支持时专业适应性更好;③归因方式、转系动机中的个人兴趣、一时冲动两个维度、以及转系决策支持度能够在一定程度上预测转系生适应性。结论:转系生转系后适应良好,归因方式、转系动机对专业适应性和班级归属感有一定的预测作用。 Objective: To investigate the adaptation and its affected factors of undergraduates who have changed majors in Beijing Normal University. Methods: Totally, 102 participants from 19 majors finished USAQ (undergraduates' specialty adaptation questionnaire) and PSSI-CR(Psyehological Sense of School Membership Scale-Chinese revised). Results: (1) Majority of major-changed undergraduates adapted well in both major studying and the sense of belonging to the new class; (2)Participants who attributed to internal causes and got more support from others had better scores in USAQ and PSSI-CR; (3)Attribution and support from others could partly predict the adaptation of major-changed undergraduates, and motivation in interest was correlated to new major adaptation significantly. Conclusion: Most of the major-changed undergraduates adapted well. Attribution and major-changed motivation could predict the adaptation and class attribution adaptation significantly.
