摘要
近年来经济不发达地区开展公共图书馆危机管理,既是公共图书馆事业发展的必然选择,又是公共图书馆事业发展的保障。中西部地区公共图书馆危机管理主要包括资源型、技术型、服务型与突发型用户危机管理,其措施有:构建资源共享体系、更新信息管理技术、健全信息服务制度与建立突发性危机管理机制。
The crisis management is the inevitable chance and the important guarantee of public librarianship development in economically underdeveloped areas, which includes four types, such as resources, technology, service and outburst. Usually, it is necessary for public library to construct resource sharing system, improve information management technology, consummate in- formation service means and build crisis management mechanism.
