摘要
按照时间维度可以将创业分为初次创业和再创业.创业决策初始环境、初始资源和初始能力的不同导致了不同的创业活动在创业风险承担、成果收获、创业成长等方面表现出巨大差异.本文通过分析海威机械的3次创业过程,发现初次创业和再创业过程受到不同关键因素的影响,作用机制也存在着差别.初次创业更多地受到企业家个体因素的影响,而再创业更多地受到群体和组织因素的影响.
According to the time dimensions, entrepreneurship can be divided into first-venture and second-venture. Due to the differences in initial environment, resources and capacities, varied business venture activities have exhibited many differences in risk taking, realized outcome and venture growth. Through analysis of the process of Haiwei＇s three business ventures, it finds out that the first-venture and second-venture are subject to different key factors and the differences also exist in functional mechanism. First-venture are more influenced by personal factors of entrepreneur while second-venture are more influenced by groups and organizational factors.
