摘要
彭真是我国社会主义法制的主要奠基人。他关于发展社会主义民主和健全社会主义法制是中国历史发展的必然之路,必须围绕经济建设这个中心,必须坚持四项基本原则,为改革开放服务和实行改革开放;不仅要靠党的政策,而且要依法办事,实行治国方式的历史性转变,把法律交给人民,让人民掌握法律等方面的思想和实践,对马克思主义法学理论的中国化作出了卓越贡献。
Peng Zhen, the principal founder of China＇s socialist legal system. He proposed a series of theories, such as the development of socialist democracy and improvement of the socialist legal system are the inevitable road with development of China ; under the premise of the four cardinal principles, laws need to provide services for the central task of economic construction and reform and opening up ; rule of law in China is necessary, the law should belong to the people in China, etc. These ideas and practices, have made ？？ an outstanding contribution to Marx- ist theory of law with Chinese practice.
