摘要
大众传播作为社会整合机制,发挥着传递国家主流意识形态、建构国家认同的重要功能。电视纪录片《舌尖上的中国》以美食为承载,通过民族性格认同,民族情感认同,传统、文化和文明认同,族群认同,完成了一次以国家认同为主题的主流意识形态价值的传播。
Mass communication functions as a medium of ideology. A Bite of China, a television documentary undertakes, undertakes the responsibility of reinforcing the mainstream ideology of China by documenting food and cuisine which is an important part of culture. The program constructs a mainstream ideology, the theme of which is the "national identity", by constructing self-identity of the national character, self-identity of the national affection, self-identity of the heritage, culture and civilization and ethnic identity.
