颤振切削金属纤维刀具破损监测的特征量研究

摘要 本文在实验基础上,对颤振切削金属纤维碍的刀具研究了在不同破损状态下的动态切削力在时域中的特征,证实动态切削力的方差σ_x^2和一步相关系数ρ_1对刀具破损十分敏感,他们随刀具破损的加剧而增大,以σ_x^2作为判别刀具破损是一个满意的特征量。实验还证明,以它作为预报指标是不必设置滤波器的。 Based on the experiments, the characters of the signals of dynamic cutting force in a time domain at the moment of cutting tool breakage for producing metal fibre by chatter machining are discussed in this paper. It is proved that the variance σx2 and step relative coefficient ρ1 of a dynamic cutting force are sensitively changed and the σx2 and ρ1, increase with the growth of cutting tool breakage. Therefore, the σx2 of a dynamic cutting force is a satisfactory chara-cter as diagnosing the signal of cutting breakage. The experimental results also show that the filter is not needed by using the σx2 of the dynamic cutting sor-ce as a torecasting index of cutting toll breakage. Consequently, it is a simple and useful method to detect the cutting tool breakage.
