摘要
创业生态系统属于组织生态学的一个分支,对研究高校创业教育具有重要意义。通过对创业生态系统及其各要素相互关系的分析,以及对斯坦福大学创业生态系统的分析,从我国高校现状出发,结合斯坦福大学创业教育的成功经验,构建了我国高校要不断完善创业制度,为大学生创业保驾护航;树立创业教育理念,营造创业生态环境;深化创业教育活动,增强创业生态系统的支撑,为我国正在发展中的高校创业教育提供可以借鉴的理论和实践依据。
As a branch of organizational ecology, entrepreneurial ecosystem has great influence on the study of uni- versity entrepreneurship education. The present paper analyzes the ecosystem and the relationship between its ele- ments as well as the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Stanford University, and points out that China＇s colleges and uni- versities need to establish the idea of entrepreneurship education and create entrepreneurial ecosystem. Entrepre- neurship education activities in China have to be strengthened to better support the entrepreneurial ecosystem; China＇s colleges and universities also need to strengthen their exchange and cooperation with foreign universities in order to encourage the establishment of an entrepreneurship education system that will promote entrepreneurial eco- systems.
