摘要
目前我国已能够设计建造3 000m水深作业的半潜式钻井平台,但深水半潜式生产平台还处于研发阶段。基于半潜式平台基本特征分析,提出了半潜式生产平台在我国南海应用的总体设计思路及关键技术,并分析了今后的应用前景。
