Bohai ZiLi unit is a typical mat foundation process for the structural strength assessment of the similar Jack-up. The paper is intent to summarize the scope and unit, selection of the environmental loadings conditions, including the wave, wind, current loads, inertia loads due to dynamic response and P-3 effect on legs, boundary condition and so on. The detailing strength evaluation method and some special consideration on details were also mentioned.
