摘要
超声波技术作为一种物理手段和工具,能够使化学过程产生一些意想不到的效果和奇迹。超声波技术已在民用化工领域取得显著的工业成效,但在含能材料领域的应用尚处于起步阶段。对超声波技术在化学领域中的应用机理进行了阐述,针对超声波技术在单质火炸药生产工艺中的具体应用(如洗涤、结晶、废水处理等单元操作)原理、范围、特点和现状进行了深入探讨,分析了超声波技术在含能材料领域的应用前景。
The ultrasonic(US) technique has been successfully used in civil chemistry, but few applications for energetic materials. This article has introduced the application mechanism of US in chemical field ; and based on the practical application of US in energetic materials field, the principle, characteristics and situation of unit operation , such as washing, crystallization, wastewater treatment, etc. were deeply analyzed. , then the application prospect of ultrasonic technique was introduced in energetic material field.
