摘要
对离散余弦变换(DCT)和离散沃尔什—哈达玛变换(DWHT)这两种编码算法的原理、实施过程进行了详细的分析,然后对图像压缩进行了仿真,结果指出,采用离散余弦变换编码算法技术进行图像压缩较离散沃尔什—哈达玛变换算法效果好,图像清晰度未发生改变,即清晰度高、视觉效果更好.
Conducted a detailed analysis of the discrete cosine transform (DCT) and discrete Walsh - Hadamard transform (DWHT), these two principles of the encoding algorithm, the implementation process, and then the simulation for image compression, the results indicate that, using the discrete cosine transformimage compression coding algorithm technology than discrete Walsh - Hadamard transform algorithm is effective, the sharpness of the image is not changed, that is, high -definition, better visual effect.
