碱法水解猪血复合氨基酸及其鳌合钙的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了高值化利用生物资源,以猪血为原料制备复合氨基酸及其螯合钙.采用碱水解法制备猪血粉获得复合氨基酸,再与氯化钙反应生成复合氨基酸鳌合钙,通过正交试验确定碱法水解最佳工艺条件.结果表明碱法水解猪血粉的最佳工艺条件为氢氧化钠浓度为10%,水解时间10 h,液固比为50∶1,水解温度为100℃,该工艺条件下复合氨基酸平均得率为38.25 mg/g.并确定了猪血复合氨基酸鳌合钙工艺参数.复合氨基酸和氯化钙鳌合反应条件为:二者配位比为3∶1,pH 7.0,100℃下回流搅拌45 min,鳌合钙收率为63.8%. Compound amino acid content was prepared from pig blood powder through alkali extraction. Conditions of hydrolysis for pig blood with sodium hydroxide were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions were as follows:sodium hydroxide 10% ,hydrolytic time 10 h, Liquid -solid ratio 50: 1, and hydrolytic temperature IO0℃. Under the optimal conditions the extraction rate of compound amino acids was 38.25 mg/g. The conditions of Chelating reaction were as follows : Compound amino acid and calcium chloride ratio of 3: 1, pH of 7.0, and the extraction time of 45minutes at 100 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of Chelating calcium was 63.8%.
