摘要
提出一种有机磷农药残留快速检测方法———碱水解法,其原理基于有机磷农药在强碱条件作用下容易发生水解,水解产物易被具有氧化性的有色溶液氧化而使之褪色.实测结果表明:该方法检测灵敏度为0.5~5mg/kg,检测时间为5~10min,检测成本低于0.1元人民币,而且具有简单、方便、快捷等特点,适合在家庭或农贸市场条件下检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留水平,对含有有机磷农药残留的蔬菜进行筛选,确保食用蔬菜的质量安全.
A new alkalinehydrolysis method is developed for rapidly detecting organophosphate pesticide residues in vegetables. Its principle is based on the fact that organophosphate pesticide hydrolyzes and its hydrolysate is oxidized by purpureal oxidizing solution . The detecting results show that the detecting sensitivity ranges from 0.5~5mg/kg, the time of detection is 5~10min and the cost of detection is about 0.012 US dollar . And it is a simple, convenient and quick method of detecting organophosphate pesticide residues, and can be used to check for levels of pesticide residues in family or market without other instrument.
