摘要
目的:探讨关节镜术结合碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗治疗痛风性膝关节炎的疗效。方法:2009年10月-2011年5月笔者所在科室收治痛风性膝关节炎12例,采用膝关节镜下清理术结合碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗术并进行随访及疗效评价。结果:所有病例均获随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均随访(9±3)个月。HHS评分由术前平均49分(23～58分)提高到随访结束时平均83分(72～97分),其中优4例(>85分),良8例(70～84分)。结论:关节镜术结合碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗术治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎具有疗效确切,创伤小,恢复快,尿酸盐清除干净等优点。
Objective ： To study the curative effect of knee arthroscopy combined with sodium bicarbonate solution irrigation treatment of gouty gonarthfitis. Methods ： The 12 patients of gouty gonarthritis were treated by knee arthroscopy combined with sodium bicarbonate solution irrigation from October 2009 to May 2011.All the patients were followed up and evaluated.Results ： All patients were followed up for 6-18 months, averaged （9 ± 3） months, HHS score by preoperative was average of 49 points （23-58）, increased to averaged 83 points （72-97） to the end of follow-up, of which 4 cases were excellent （〉85）, good in 8 cases （70-84）. Conclusion ： The knee arthroscopy oombin with sodium bicarbonate solution irrigation treatment of gouty gonarthritis show such advantages as definite curative effect, less trauma, quicker recovery, removal urate cleaner etc.
