摘要
阐述我校根据国际医学教育组织所提出的《全球医学教育最基本要求》中的医学生应具备能力和素质的有关内容，借鉴以能力为基础的教学相关理论，以培养能力为目标，在《临床医学导论》课程中开展早期接触临床的教学改革，取得较好的教学效果，受到广大学生的好评。
This paper introduced the teaching reform in the integrated course of introduction to clinical medicine in China medical university. According to the capacity and quality in the global mini- mum essential requirements in medical education （GMER） proposed by the Institute for International Medical Education （IIME）, we carried out the teaching reform of ＇early exposure to clinic＇ in the in- tegrated course of introduction to clinical medicine based on the theory of competency-based education （CBE） and took capacity-building as the teaching objective. We achieved good teaching effect and ap- praisal by students.
