无锡市麻疹疫苗免疫失败病例流行病学特征分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析无锡市2004-2011年麻疹疫苗免疫失败病例流行病学特征,探析相关影响因素。方法通过传染病报告系统和麻疹监测系统收集有关数据,并进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004—2011年无锡市共有302例麻疹疫苗免疫失败病例报告,全市各地均有报告,以锡山区和江阴市为多,占32.45%;每年3—5月发生较多,占55.30%;男女性别比为1∶0.68;免疫失败病例与总病例年龄分布接近,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.49,P=0.91);不同地区和年度的年龄分布不相同,其差异有统计学意义(χ2地区=217.82,P=0.00;χ2年度=179.03,P=0.00);有2剂次免疫史者仅占12.58%。结论免疫失败病例在麻疹病例中占有一定比例,学龄儿童和婴幼儿病例较为突出,值得重视;第2剂次复种目前仍非常必要。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of cases of measles vaccine immunity failure and the rel evant factors in Wuxi during 2004-2011. Methods Descriptive epidemiological study was applied to analyze the data from re porting system of infectious diseases and measles monitoring system during 2004-2011. Results A total of 302 cases of mea sles vaccine immunity failure were reported in Wuxi during 2004-2011. The cases were reported in all subcities of Wuxi. Among all cases, 32.45% of them were reported in Xishan District and Jiangyin City, 55.30% of them were occurred from March to May each year. The sex ratio for men to women of measles vaccine immunity failure cases was 1:0.68. There were no meaningful statistical significances between the age distribution of measles vaccine immunity failure cases and the total cases (X2 = 1.49 ,P:0.91). The age distribution of measles vaccine immunity failure cases between the geographical differences and the different years had significant statistical differences(x2 region= 217.82, P= 0.00 ;X2 year = 179.03, P = 0.00).
